How to Use the Cornermatic Plus InGround

Machine Description

The Cornermatic Plus InGround streamlines duct shops that struggle to produce large fittings with TDC or TDF flange; now the insertion of corners in acute throats can be done automatically.  The Cornermatic Plus IG should be setup with sufficient space in front of the machine, so large fittings may be slid into place and easily removed.

A large open area in front of the Cornermatic Plus In Ground, makes the setup practical for large fittings.  For insterting corners in acute throats, there is no longer a need to get down on the floor to hammer in corners. With the Cornermatic Plus IG flush to the floor level, large fittings can be slid over to the machine, and corners inserted.
